Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we stand behind the quality of our products and believe that you will love them just as much as we do!
Sale Items
We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments for purchases made prior to or during a promotion or sale. All promotion pricing is final.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been fulfilled and tracking shows delivery to the address provided, Once labels are purchased the address provided is where the package will be delivered to. Please check your address at checkout to make sure it is correct.
Once the package is marked delivered it is the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your carrier for any information after delivery.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a chargeback. We reserve the right to refuse an order or will ban you from future purchases is you file a fraudulent claim.
DELAYS & MISSING DELIVERIES
We understand that sometimes things don't work out right and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us at BetweentheMarJen@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you in receiving your items in a timely manner.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 5 days of delivery at BetweentheMarJen@gmail.com with photos of the issue. Any orders older than 30 days will not be sent replacements. We will look at each case individually.
